* Standard Dress Length is from the base of the neck to the ankle. If you want your dress to be longer or a little bit shorter, type your measurement at the check-out in the "Note" section.
** S - Slim; R - Regular
› How to Measure:
You will need a standard measuring tape. Follow our instructions and refer to the drawing.
› Height:
To measure the exact height, have the child take off his or her shoes and and measure him or her against a wall.
› Chest:
With a light t-shirt or clothes off, place the tape measure over the back, underneath the arms and over the fullest point on the chest. This should be an exact measurement, not too tight and not too loose.
› Waist:
While in a relaxed position, measure around the narrowest part of the waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortably loose.
› Dress length:
Measure through the center of the back, from the bone at the base of the neck to the length desired. If possible, make the child to put on her dress shoes that she is planning to wear with the dress or similar ones. Even 1-inch hills can make a difference in determining the dress length.
