We understand that your wedding day or special occasion is one of the most important days in your life and we appreciate your including us as a valued partner in creating this memorable event. Our guarantee is our commitment to you about our product and service.

We promise to provide complete satisfaction with your shopping experience at Fox'n Lily. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Fox'n Lily is very proud of its designs and craftsmanship, and we stand by our product. We take great care to insure each order is processed and produced to your specifications. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, or discover an error in any part of the order that appears to be our fault, you are responsible for notifying us of our mistake within 10 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. We will make every effort to rectify the situation in a timely manner. We reserve the right to repair, exchange or refund at our discretion. After the 10 calendar day period, the customer agrees to be responsible for all costs, including but limited to shipping, associated with the resolution of the problem. We do not reimburse or take responsibility for outside alterations.
