What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with a standard dress design or accessory item, you may return it for a refund or exchange, if it is unworn, unlaundered, unaltered and undamaged, and returned within 10 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. All returns require prior authorization. You must call us at our toll free number to receive a return authorization number. Repackage the item in the original box, or similar sturdy box, and return it to the following address: Fox'n Lily, Attn: Returns, 1785 Locust Street, Suite 10, Pasadena, CA 91106. Include in the package a copy of your sales receipt, explanation for the return, and action requested. Shipping charges to return or exchange the item will be the customer's responsibility. We recommend using an insurable carrier with delivery confirmation to ensure prompt and traceable delivery. Shipping, handling, insurance and rush fees are nonrefundable. Upon inspection of returned item, you will be notified by email on the status of your return. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
If you want to exchange the item for another item and the returned item meets the above criteria, the original item will be credited and your exchange will be charged to your credit card.
